Classic Massage
Massage oil or lotion is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Classic massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

How long are sessions?+
Sessions are available in 60, 75, 90, and 120 minutes. If you're unsure what length is right for you, give the office a call and we'll help you choose.
Where are in-office appointments held?+
In-office appointments are on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You can book online here or call (850) 261-9595. The office is at 2750 East Olive Road, Pensacola, FL 32514.

How do packages work?+
Multi-session packages (3, 6, or 12 sessions) offer 5%, 10%, or 15% savings respectively. They're available for in-office massage sessions and based on the massage type and session length selected at purchase. Available to purchase at your next appointment.
